I would like to recognize the outstanding customer service I received from 3 individuals. Mr. Jean the store director was extremely helpful in assisting me with selecting the right bike and went above and beyond by locating the same model at a neighboring store when the original bike I purchased had brake issues. Kendrick demonstrated great patience and professionalism while allowing me to try different bikes, and Troy provided excellent assistance by helping load my new bike into my car and allowing me to test ride it in the parking lot. The entire team made this a smooth and positive experience. I would Highly recommend this location.

A lot of empty shelves and low selections, place looks like a mess. Some of Staff not helpful or very friendly. Checking out is always a long wait, usually only 1 register open regardless of how long the line, like they don't really care about customers. This is a great example of how poor customer service has become in America.
