First time at this location. Bought some sweet gloves for driving. They have muck boots but not the ones I wanted but they have a wide variety of boots and lots of other stuff to choose from.

Plenty of helpful staff. Very knowledgeable about products. Veterans discount on purchase. Have returned several times to discuss a purchase that I made and have received nothing but stellar customer service and product support since initial purchase. Purchased a pair of snowshoes for a very competitive price compared to REI, ended up returning them for a refund and was given a full refund with no questions asked. People at the front counter are very friendly and helpful.
