Went in for .22LR ammo. It’s all tucked away behind the gun counter, where there was 1 human working, with 10+ people waiting. Meanwhile, front of store had an excess of employees. And some dude in sweatpants wearing a bulletproof vest who told me to “have a great day” as I walked out the door empty-handed. Who the heck is running this store?!?

Placed an online order for a shotgun, pick up obviously in store. I had the pleasure of working with Katie behind the counter. What a delight, great attitude and personality, laughed a little. Service like Katie's is why I will continue to come back and give you all my money lol

I purchased an item from sportsmens warehouse on the 30th of December. It was advertised to arrive on or about the 1st of January 2021 via UPS. It says it has been shipped yet there is no record of the item being picked when I view the UPS tracking
Answer: You must contact UPS. If you have a tracking number that would be huge help. My order for X-gifts from FED EX, Finally arrived on Dec. 28th😔. I was not happy. But I was informed through the postal service that all deliveries would be late. Contact UPS. GOOD LUCK!
