I have been trying to reach this company, have left numerous messages to no avail regarding a charge to my father credit card that he knows nothing about. No none will answer the phone, you are forced to leave a messages saying you will not lose your place in line. Next is to file a dispute with the bank. Terrible customer service.

Excellent company, quality books, magazines, friendly staff and good products. When I call I always talk to a real person no machines, great friendly customer service. They have been around for 50 years and will be around for a lot longer they offer timeless reloading information in Handloader magazine. Rifle magazine has great reviews and features. Successful Hunter has great stories and hunting information inside including gear reviews. They have timeless classic books from Ken Waters to Paul Matthews. They even have some great prices on various hunting and shooting products. They sell some of the best boots I have ever worn and have the best prices on them. 5 stars hands down, I'd definitely recommend them to anyone.
