I’ve purchased firearms from this store multiple times, and the two gals who usually help me are always amazing. Their customer service is on point — they’re friendly, knowledgeable, and make every transaction smooth and professional. They truly care about their customers and represent the store well. Unfortunately, the same can’t be said for the manager. He’s consistently negative, starts helping customers only to walk away mid-conversation, and rarely offers any real assistance. It’s frustrating to watch, and it clearly affects both customers and employees. I’ve overheard associates complaining about how often they have to call him back over the speaker because he leaves people waiting. That’s not how a manager should lead. It’s obvious the rest of the team is over his behavior — most customers, myself included, prefer to deal with anyone else in the store. When your own staff avoids their manager, that says a lot about the work environment and leadership. I’ve noticed that many of the negative reviews mention the same issue with this manager, which shows this isn’t an isolated complaint. It’s time for upper management or ownership to take action and address the problem before more loyal customers decide to take their business elsewhere. The rest of the team deserves better leadership, and so do the customers.

First time and the customer service was super helpful and very nice. They had a great selection of what I needed but in the wrong size. We needed longer paddles being so tall for stand up paddle boarding. Seems to be a good place though for sporting goods though.
