I ordered 2 items from this company and immediately was plagued with shipping issues. I called the team at Ark-La-Tex and they were immediately concerned and invested in getting me my merchandise as quickly as possible. Tony and his team despite not being responsible for the errors made in shipping, consistently checked in with me and made sure to make good on their commitment to me as a customer. FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE! I am glad to say that we sorted through all the mishaps made by the shipping company and I have received my goods. Thank you Tony and team for making it right. Will definitely be using them again!
