January 29, 26. This was my 2nd trip to this specific Sportsman Warehouse, and I must say the feeling was not very inviting both times there were 3 employees standing there as we walked in and not one said, hello, good morning, may we help you, they all just watched us walk in. I purchased a gun purse a couple of days prior, got home and the holster was missing from the purse so I brought it back to this location. At the register the clerks name was Dena. I let her know the situation, she never said " well let me see if another store might have the same purse, or we could order you a gun holster " etc.. she never went that extra mile. She seemed very put out, never said thank you have a nice day. I suggest she needs several CUSTOMER SERVICE CLASSES. Won't be back to this location ever!!!!
