American Gun and Pawn in Brooksville is hands down one of the best firearm shops I’ve ever been to. The staff is knowledgeable, patient, and respectful. I'm a first-time buyer, and they made me feel comfortable and confident. Their selection is outstanding, with a wide variety of firearms, ammo, and accessories at fair prices. The employee took time to explain options and ensured that I found exactly what I was looking for. What really sets American Gun apart is their customer service. I would like to acknowledge Ms. Kara Champion, who was very helpful during the purchase process. Yesterday, as well as today, I went with my nephew, and the employee who assisted us gave me a discount on the price. Unfortunately, he was not in the store today. When they called him on the phone to verify whether he had actually given me a discount, he seemed to have forgotten, but she very kindly honored the price that had been quoted to me yesterday. It was a somewhat awkward situation for me, but she, focused on customer service, was able to resolve it positively. Honestly, you can feel that they truly care about their customers. Highly recommend American Gun and Pawn to anyone looking for quality products, expert advice, and a friendly environment. I’ll definitely be coming back! 🔫💯
