Great time to take advantage of no sales tax on guns, ammo and hunting gear. Rob, upstairs in the gun shop was super helpful. EDIT: Went back 4 days later to pick up gun and it was like watching paint dry. The Hunting section is understaffed. It looks like they need a dedicated area set up with terminals to expedite gun transfers.

Me and my husband are avid hunters, and are always looking for new firearms and crossbows, we call often to check item availability and to ask questions about products they are selling, they always act very annoyed like I'm bothering them. Very cold and not the best customer service. I will continue to shop here but your employees ESPECIALLY your management needs to be retained on customer service and how to talk to people that spend A LOT of money in your store. Besides how the employees treat their customers it is a great location and always well stocked.
