I was impressed by the warm and welcoming nature of the staff during my visit to the Destin location. However, I was disappointed by the store's layout and overall space. Despite being situated in a bustling area of Florida, the store felt congested and cramped, with merchandise densely packed throughout. The aquarium, which I had expected to be a highlight, was surprisingly small and underwhelming. The restroom facilities, located upstairs via a single set of stairs in the rear corner of the store, were somewhat inconvenient. I believe the store would benefit from additional stair access, potentially one at each end of the building, to improve customer flow and accessibility. Overall, while the staff's service was commendable, the store's spatial constraints and layout detracted from my overall experience.

I think this may be their largest store. Just impressive. No shortage of choices and nothing they did not think about as far as apparels. The staff are very friendly and helpful too. The store is very clean and very welcoming too because u don’t feel like rushing to shop and leave. The check out line was moving quickly too and the parking was just outside the door.
