I would give the man behind the counter at the gun department today a 5 star for actually having customer service and having sympathy for me being charged 2x for the same gun. I understand it could be my bank due to them trying to run a “separate verification charge”. I know it’s not the stores fault it an issue between my bank and the online corporate store. However the manager could have a better response than “this happens sometimes and you should have your money back in 7-10 days once it’s completed” if she so cool with the situation let me take 700$ out of her account and see how cool she is with it. Didn’t even try to explain shit to me. The gentlemen behind the counter actually cared and got customer service on the phone and tried to find out something out for me cause he CARED. He needs the managers job cause she obviously don’t want my business back. As a manager you should lead by example. Give that guy a raise and her job. I’m sure this big store don’t care to loose one customer.

Went to price out shotgun ammo. Prices are good.
