I'm relatively new to shooting. My Dad passed recently and I inherited several of his guns. All of the staff is super helpful and friendly there. They helped evaluate and price 2 handguns for me. I decided to purchase a Stribog and had it shipped to the store. Been to the range a few times and I like the environment there. Even when I ask a dumb question, they don't make me feel stupid for asking. I'll continue to come here and support this store.

While not every experience can be perfect, what makes a business is how the owners and managers take care of issues when they do come up. While i did have a minor issue come up, after talking with Bill he is taking this experience as an opportunity to support the customer and train his team and in my experience that is what makes a good compnay.
