Academy Sports + Outdoors

I went into the Academy Sports in Rome, GA to try on jackets, but the experience made me uncomfortable. While I was browsing and trying things on, I felt like I was being watched closely, which took away from the shopping experience. Because of that, I decided to leave and drove to the Academy Sports in Cartersville, GA instead, where I ended up purchasing the jacket with no issues. I prefer shopping where I feel relaxed and welcomed.

Very clean store with helpful employees. Was pleasantly surprised at some of the items avaliable even though they didn't have a hard to find item I needed. What I did find was a great selection of fishing hooks, weights and floats for big cat cat fishing. Will be back for more of same as needed.
