It was cash only because the system was down and unable to process credit card payments. The long guns were closed off from being seen because the system was down. I'm not sure why they were blocked from customers being able to see them due to the system being down, but that's what I was told. There are no handicap parking spaces. I need a van accessible handicap parking space to prevent others from parking too close to allow enough room to deploy my ramp to get in and out of my vehicle with a wheelchair.

I've become a regular at this store's Firearms Department. Supervisor James B. has helped me out on countless occasions. His professional, friendly, goes above and beyond and is an all-around great Sales Agent. My go-to Firearms Department Agent is Tracy. If I have questions, want an honest and knowledgeable opinion on firearms, or gunsmithing questions, Tracy is my guy! They’ve honored price-matching, assisted with getting the best deals, and convinced me to sign up for an Academy Card, which has afforded me a lot of discounts. I’m sure both of them are chuckling that I refer to them as “Agents,” but they are far beyond just sales. Although I have my “go-to” employees I prefer to do business with, every employee I’ve encountered at Acadmey has been friendly, helpful, and professional, as I’ve interacted with many of them, and I’ve bought multiple items at this store. Each time, I leave there feeling like one of the family. The store is clean, well-stocked for all your outdoor sports needs, has tons of employees to assist, and there is plenty of parking close to the front of the store.
