Went to buy a item as a Christmas gift. I had no idea what I was buying. The young man who was helping me was unable to find the item I wanted (there was one in the display case, but he couldn't find the corresponding box). He asked for help from the manager. The manager took over and also was unable to find it. The young man reappeared and said the item was labeled incorrectly. He was able to locate the correct item within minutes! I am thrilled with the extra effort the staff (two people!) put into helping me and making sure I got what I wanted. I will go back.

Purchased a rifle online that was on sale. They didn’t have the rifle in stock when they sold it online and now I have to wait for the refund to hit my account. Took my money immediately for something they didn’t have in stock and now I gotta wait a week to get my money back. Edit: 10/10/2025 It took 10 days for me to receive the refund and that’s after I filed a complaint with cashapp they released the funds back to me…….
