Scheels Cedar Falls

Went today, every single employee i walked past greeted me. All were super friendly. Helped me with a shoe purchase and helped me find exactly what I needed. Cashier was super friendly. Asked if the manager was close, I walked to the manager after the purchase and let him know the great service. He was also great. I am in retail and honestly felt appreciated shopping here. Great job Cedar Falls Scheels! You are spot on with customer service!

Great customer service. Won a gift from them on a raffle and couldn't make it in to claim my prize. They were able to mail me out a gift card in lew of my prize, made it very easy for me! Highly recommend them for anyone in the market for anything outdoorsy!
