They offer great customer service and budget-friendly options. They helped me find the right firearm and even had a down payment plan when there was an issue with my ID. Overall, a reliable and accommodating shop, and I will definitely buy my next firearm from them as well. (Gun is a bit scuffed because I’ve owned it for over 8 months now)

Scott does awesome work and the has the friendliest shop dog ever. I've had 30 year old shotgun deep cleaned, a trigger job done on my M&P 2.0, and a custom sights job done to my Pops old ruger p89 DC there. Every job he's done for me has been top quality. Big River is the only place I'll ever take my guns to be worked on.
