really try not to think it’s a “cuz im a woman” thing and someone was just having an off day, or maybe the individual I spoke too had a problem with me but. It’s been three visits now where (the girls up front are perfectly pleasant) nobody spoke to me at ALL as I stood at the gun counter for over 10 minutes. Not cuz they were busy, there were two dudes sitting on their ass, they just clearly didn’t want to talk to me. That doesn’t exactly make you excited to drop over 2k on a gun someone won’t speak to you about. Asking them anything is like pulling teeth and it becomes readily apparent they don’t know what they’re talking about past counter sales. The ONE time I came in with my roommate (who was a male), we got service as soon as we approached the counter. It all sucks bc I’d rather shop local but not going to deal with boarder line disrespect trying to give a business MY money.

This is my third time going to the range in the last few months. There are not any other close indoor ranges to me so this is my only option. Due to other reviews id assume im correct in thinking that because im a girl and not their typical clientele im treated differently. Women are gun owners too and they have money that is just as green as anyone else but it seems if you dont know them or fit the part you are basically not appreciated as a customer. I waited at the counter to pay for my target today and for the range for a little bit before anyone acknowledged me but one of their buddies walked in right behind me and they went straight to helping him (this is one of the owners that did this) .. getting service here is like pulling teeth and a hello or thank you have a good day is something NONE of their employees can say (at least to me because I feel they treat others differently) the last few visits I have walked past several employees they just stare at me which is odd. I normally love supporting local but I will take my business where people are happy for me to be there. Also ill mention I purchased my $600 9mm here as well as all my ammo and supplies so its not as if I havent spent money at the business but I wont be back. Id recommend considering other businesses when purchasing guns, ammo, or hunting supplies.
