Seems these gloves are being made cheaper and cheaper . Please point me in the direction of quality please .. can I get a warranty or somen . 30 bucks a pop!

Walk in and see a sign with a arrow that says pick ups and points toward the back of the store and then I go around to the cashiers because I don’t see anymore signs and then I’m waiting by the desk for pickups while the associate was on the phone with another customer but not once did anyone say I’ll be with you in a moment or sorry for your wait or anything… Need better signage and customer service training.

Why they don't never answer the phone for the one on industriplex
Answer: Try looking online first to see if they sell what you are looking for.

Answer: Too many high school aged kids working there. I dont even think they are even taught how to do their job. The best thing to do is just go and find the answers yourself.

Answer: The employees here tend to be a bit on the avoidance side when it comes to answering customer questions. There.should be no excuse in letting the telephone ring off the hook. I have experienced the same problem at this very store.
