I called almost every gun store in the area looking for a specific handgun that I saw online and wanted to see how it felt before purchasing. I called Hafer’s and the gentleman on the phone was super friendly and confirmed they had one. To be completely transparent, I just wanted to make sure I liked it before buying it online. I went in the next day and as soon as I walked in the door I received smiles and welcomes from several people who were with customers. I’m horrible with names (I apologize) anyway I was helped right away and it was the person I spoke to on the phone the day before. He remembered exactly what I was looking for. Needless to say when he pulled out the exact handgun I was looking at I almost fell over. My “just looking” turned into let’s do this. I might have gotten it a little cheaper online from a place I don’t know but decided that the savings wasn’t worth it when the customer service was so good. I’m so glad I stopped in and wouldn’t hesitate to buy from here again. I also purchased a red dot for another handgun at the same time. Great service, great conversation. Thank you Hafer’s!

Great store with great people ! The crew is outstanding!!! Both stores as well. Hagerstown MD , and the one in WV !!! They have a variety of different weapons ! The crew is very Knowledgeable ! Excellent service ! Offering classes as well. Anything related to this matter. Very recommendable store !!!
