It was my 1st time coming here 11/02/25 with my new puppy to get free pictures with Santa Claus. It definitely was a very magical experience , with an authentic looking Santa 🎅! All the staff were extremely friendly and quite helpful. This place is truly bigger than life . It's extremely clean and organized. Both the Men's and Women's Restrooms were extremely clean . You can also purchase a photo package starting at $25 or just go home with the ( Free 4×6 photo and shareable video they provide you ). Which is truly amazing. Me and my family are planning on going again to do a family photo in early December. Santa 🎅 will be there till Christmas Eve. Pets are allowed, so I strongly recommend you come and get your hoilday pictures taken here!! What a memorable experience!!

This was a fabulous place to visit. Is looking for a pair of boots for the winter? And I had called the head and asked them if they had my size and there were two different styles. I wanted to look at. I had a man named Steve on the phone, who worked in the shoe department, as a sales rep. And when I arrived there an hour and a half later, he had boxes set aside for me. He was so professional. I just can't wait to go back there again. It was a wonderful experience.
