Would not purchase a firearm online with this company. Ordered a specified model and color Ruger Wrangler Revolver. Received the wrong color , they are either incompetent or it was bait and switch as the color I ordered was the last one in stock and now their website shows none in stock. I realize mistakes can happen but Firearms must be logged into a dealers inventory and logged out when sold to a customer, hence the above comment. More trouble and expense to return item so will live with the wrong color. Also they did not respond to email inquiries . FYI Order # 10120

Called and spoke with owner to find hour their hours. Was told 12-7 Sunday . (I called the Wednesday prior. I drove 1/2 out there and there closed. The owner walked from the barn to the house and didn’t acknowledge me. I called and spoke to the same lady who told me they would be open 12-7 on Sunday and explained she told me they would be open and that I just drove 1/2 hr and made the comment to her “so Now I just wasted an hour round trip cause you told me you would be open and now are not open. Her response was “yup guess so” well guess you just lost a customer And I’ll be sure everyone I one doesn’t Do business with you. VERY POOR customer service .
