When you purchase a firearm from them, everything is great. Do not order guns online to this store, it appears since you didn't order from them, they could care less about getting it to you in a timely fashion. My guns I've been waiting a week for finally arrived today at 11:47am, called them to confirm and they said "we'll call you when we get it into our system". Welp 5 hours later, still nothing. I know I'm not their only customer, but it seems absurd. I've ordered elsewhere and was contacted within the hour. I ordered here because they have other stuff I wanted to pick up while getting the firearms. I will never make that mistake again and will pick up ammo, lights, etc elsewhere.

What days are you closed for Thanksgiving?

Answer: They confirmed over the phone they are closed on Thanksgiving and normal hours on the day before and after Thanksgiving.

Do you offer any hunters safety course and how much is the course

Answer: Their classes can be found on their website: https://www.silverbulletfirearms.com/schedule I don't see any mention of hunter safety classes. It's mostly focused on pistol and ar15 shooting skills.
