Garrison, the manager, was awful! We were asking about the return policy on an item and he was looking off and asking others if he could assist them. He was VERY RUDE. We asked that he take our number so that someone else could speak with us regarding our issue and he refused. Also, the Customer Service rep at the front of the store didn’t even acknowledge me. I had to basically get her attention. I will never return to this store again! I’d rather travel to the Flowood location!
