Bass Pro Shops

Everyone i personally have encountered in this location has gone over & above if I need help with anything in the store. They're always friendly, store stays clean, and the atmosphere always feels nice and inviting. We went on Black Friday to try getting our hands on a nice gift card. The line outside was crazy long and we almost left because it was stupid cold out. That thought was out just about as quickly as it got in 🤣 I ended up with a $10 gift card and my son got a $100 one so not bad at all.

Customer service or sales associates all in the wrong places. Wanted to purchase two new pairs of shoes along with some hunting camo and after waiting what felt like 10 minutes, had to go to the employee only lounge and ask for assistance. The girl got me my shoe and it was the wrong color. She then had another associate try to help as she stated she was going to break while 3 other shoe purchasing customers are waiting. I let the other sales associate know she brought me the wrong shoe and he said she didn’t pull the correct color, yeah, obvious. He then asked another customer if they needed assistance and practically ignored me. He then came back and brought one of the pairs of shoes I wanted. Then when he went back to check for the one pulled wrong because he forgot to check on that one, he said they don’t have it in that size. I asked him for one size up, he quickly said no without checking. When looking around for assistance, it appeared that store personnel where ignoring me and just walking by not knowing what was going on while I was waiting the whole time. Very disappointed with the service, this store needs some “serious” customer training.
