Absolutely the worst management for a store in Columbia. Incompetent and rude. Will argue with you and place the blame anywhere but their staff for any issues that arise. I've spent thousands with this company in the past year and I won't be returning with any bussiness in the future. Furthermore I will advise all of my friends to shop elsewhere. When you treat customers this poorly you will not receive return customers. Word of mouth is one of the largest ways to market your business and that's both positive and negative. In this instance it will be negative. My wife already refused to shop here because of how they convinced her to sign up for a credit card and then refused to let her access her rewards on a later purchase. I thought she was kind of being dramatic but after the way I was treated today I can fully empathize how she must have felt in that moment. If 2 people from the same family can be treated this way I can only imagine how many others have felt the same. A quick glance at other reviews for this particular location seems to verify that.

Encountered quite literally the rudest cashier worker I’ve ever met. Had an $100 gift card and the machine kept reading a card reader error, tried scanning it and that wasn’t working. Asked the girl if we could enter the information manually and she responded with “I don’t know, I’ve never done that before”, didn’t even attempt to assist and was so insanely rude. Responded with, “Your card isn’t working” didn’t call a manager over or offer any sort of assistance. Asked if we could place an online pickup order and see if that would work, very rudely responded “I don’t know, I’ve never done that before”. The mixed younger girl cashier, she was insanely unpleasant. Will not be coming back here, I could not believe the way someone who works in customer service felt it was appropriate to act that way. After reading the reviews I don’t think this was an isolated event.
