Easy pick up process for an in-store pickup. Friendly staff that were prompt. Store is tidy and clean with lots of associates there to help you out. FYI: Academy will match/beat a competitor’s advertised price by 5%. Ample selection of sporting goods, bikes, clothing and more. Be sure to check for availability of items online before going.

They need to reconsider who they hire. I went there to pick up some equipment for my ar-15. In the gun section I was "helped" by a grumpy employee. He seemed to have no interest in helping me find what I need. When I was asking about part compatibility I asked if I could take the part out of the box and inspect it. I understand stores vary on that policy but instead of a "yes" or "no" I got a rude "Well is this the one you are going to buy?". Overall, if you need something gun related go to a gun store/smith or a Bass Pro and get helped by someone who knows/cares about what they are doing.
