I was in your store around 10:00 this morning (December 4, 2025). I’m the customer who returned a lady’s purse to the service desk after she left it in a shopping cart—my good deed of the day. I hope she claimed it! I knew exactly what I wanted before I arrived because I didn’t want to spend more time than necessary walking around; I’d just received a steroid shot in my knee. I grabbed my two items and headed to the registers. A woman who was clearly “in a hurry” made sure she got in front of me, even though she had a full hand basket and I had only two items. Only Register 5 had its light on. Two other registers were manned but had their lights off, yet they were still checking people out. Even when those cashiers were free, neither of them ever called me over or asked if I’d like to move to their lane. Instead, I waited patiently behind “Ms. I’m-in-a-Hurry,” who—of course—was now having a run-in with karma because her coupon wouldn’t scan and she needed a manager. Just as she finally finished paying, another employee came over and asked if I’d like to move to her register. She was polite, but by that point I wasn’t. I said loudly, “NO, I don’t want to walk any more than I have to, and why don’t these two guys have their lights on?!” Under normal circumstances I would have walked out, but these were Christmas gifts I didn’t want to hunt down elsewhere. I just wanted to pay and leave. “Ms. I’m-in-a-Hurry” wasn’t the only rude customer this morning; at least four others were equally obnoxious, and your incompetent employees were the added insult. I will never shop here again.

This was a nice place to shop. The young man at the gun counter was very helpful. The store was clean and organized. Plenty of items in stock. I’ve heard their ammo supply had been really low, but the entire shelf was stocked well
