Very knowledgeable and friendly staff that was very eager to help but also stand back when you wanted to have a look by yourself. Not as big as other Bass Pro Shops out there but a nice selection and also team to the holidays if needed. So overall good

I was at your Kalispell store on 19 December looking for dock cleats. Found mooring lines but could not locate cleats. I met your employee, Noah. He used his handheld computer and informed me that they were seasonal and were out back, and did I want 4- or 6-inch cleats. It took probably 10 minutes, but he returned with the 4 cleats I needed.
