I went to sell my 1 handgun today as I'm interested in trading for something else. I visited 3 shops and Garden State Armory offered me the best price by far. Not to mention there inventory is unbelievable from high end brand new to a 1900s bolt action rifle. And the owners/workers are awesome people and are extremely knowledgeable about their business. Answer: GSA sells WINCHESTER, CCI, FEDERAL, REMINGTON, and some others occasionally.

Answer: Call or go to your nearest FFL and find out how much they charge for transfers and what's the process.
