Danielle was outstanding! I went in the other day and she helped me with an online order. She was extremely polite, professional, and helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Sportsman's had such a huge selection of products and great prices. I will definitely be telling my friends and family to shop here.

Their customer service at the gun counter has go to hell. There is no order or system they use to help customers. There used to be a ticket system that helped with this persistent issue but they seemed to have done away with it within the past 6 months or so. I will happily continue to pay the premium prices at my LGS to get much better customer service and support. At my most recent visit to Sportsmans I waited at the counter for 35 minutes with 3 employees in the area. Only one of them was helping customers and the other two were talking with one another, oblivious to the several people waiting for help. On the way out I informed a manager but she didn't seem to care. Best of luck to any who decide to spend their cash there. I hope you get better service and help than I have had.
