At HBR Arms our mission is to foster education in and stewardship of our right to keep and bear arms; helping New Yorker’s navigate the complicated and confusing rules applied specifically to us. Whether you’re an avid shooter, new shooter, concealed carrier or anything in between, we offer firearms training, new and used gun sales & FFL transfers, accessories, ammunition, reloading supplies, gunsmithing services, as well as a host of other outdoor related items. We specialize in educating customers in the joy of getting their hands dirty and building their own modern sporting rifles within the restrictions of the SAFE Act.
