Vance Outdoors Hebron

After purchasing 5+ firearms this year from Hebron I came in this past weekend and was shocked with a poor encounter I had at the store however after leaving a detailed review the store manager and assistant store manager both reached out to me personally (on their days off and while the assistant manager was on vacation mind you) after speaking to both of these gentlemen they assured me they want me to be satisfied with my purchase and being a longtime customer today I returned to the store and dealt with Scott personally and it was a completely different story. I feel as though I was handled with The, proper respect and care. I deserve as a customer as well as a firearms enthusiast. There was no hassle with my returns or crediting me for what was sold previous that I was very unhappy with. I was so satisfied. I decided to buy the last Glock 45 on the shelf. Moving forward just like my years of being a returning customer I will continue to come to Hebron and do business with both Scott and Bruce, as well as Sam who installed my sites today for me and the gentleman who filled out my gun paperwork that I cannot remember his name sadly. I encourage anyone who has had problems in the past speak with the store manager. He is a hell of a guy and truthfully cares about the business as well as customer satisfaction. Scott personally introduced me to everyone on the team who would be handling me today and it felt like we had been breaking bread for years even though I was disappointed in my previous experience things happen and we all have bad days how you handle those is a different story. I’m very pleased after leaving the store today and having purchased a new firearm as well as my new sites being installed that I wanted from the start for this. I thank the Vance‘s team and Scott personally for his TLC in this process and staying after his day was over to ensure I was taken care of accordingly moving forward I will always ask for Scott and Sam when I return as the rapport I feel we built today leaves miles of impression great work Vance’s and great work Scott your all appreciated guns up gentleman 💪

I drove 2 hours just to buy from this store. They seem to always have the best prices. I didn't know what to expect on my first visit. I didn't know if I was gonna have to wait in line or what since the parking lot was full. When I walked inside the store and back to the firearms section, there were many many salesmen behind the counter. They were all busy with something. However they were quick to notice that I needed service and they helped me out right away. I ended up buying a small firearm that day. The salesman was very knowledgeable and made sure he pointed out everything I needed to know before the sale was made. During my purchase there were a few salesmen that were helping out with my purchase. They were all in good spirit and a lot of fun. In the end, I left with my new firearm, a box of ammo, a small case, and a smile on my face. Thank you Vance Outdoors! -BB (Raytheon)
