I had a fantastic experience with Spartan Firearms! I’ve been looking for a specific firearm casually for a while now and decided I was ready to buy recently and have been seriously looking for the last several weeks. I visited several stores all around NEO and not only was I not able to find exactly what I was looking for, but I wasn’t thrilled overall with the customer service I was finding. That absolutely changed as soon as I walked in to Spartan. I was immediately greeted by a gentle giant of a dog (great store mascot!) and great people behind the counter. The owner, Brad, was more than happy to spend a good chunk of time talking with me about the gun I was looking for and helped me confirm my final decision. I greatly appreciated the time he spent as well as the fact that he didn’t talk down to me or treat me like someone that didn’t know anything but was also more than willing and able to answer the questions I had. Spartan didn’t have the gun I was looking for in store at the time and I was looking for a particular finish that no stores in the area seemed to have. I would have loved to see the finish in person first, but at this point Brad and Spartan had earned my business and I was totally comfortable having them place the order for what I was looking for. I also want to mention that before I put the money down, Brad suggested that I try to find a store that carried the finish I was looking for so I could see it in person first; there was not an ounce of pressure to make a purchase then and there even though I had indicated that I was ready to buy. Wanting the customer to ultimately be happy with a purchase instead of pushing to make a sale with someone who’s ready to buy is incredible customer service in my book. I will absolutely be back to Spartan and have already recommended them by word of mouth. I was looking for a new hand gun. After shopping the big stores and the web suppliers I tried Spartan. Their website had exactly what I was looking for and at a very reasonable price. I ordered off the sight and received notice from the store about a week later that it had arrived. The transaction was seamless and the employees were very helpful and friendly. All in all an excellent experience. I will definitely shop here again.
