Crusader Tactical

I brought in a Sig P365 and a brand new set of relatively expensive Truglo TFX Pro sights for installation. I waited while the gunsmith took the pistol to the back room. When he returned it, the slide and sights were cosmetically damaged from a hammer/punch and the front sight was misaligned. I visibly and verbally expressed my concern, he acknowledged that he had trouble getting the front sight set, but assured me it was aligned. I took the pistol to a second, reputable gunsmith to have the alignment corrected. He quickly discovered the alignment could not be fixed because of the full extent of the damage: the first shop had completely missed the factory dovetail and gouged a new groove into the slide with the front sight. The result is that both the slide and the new sights are permanently damaged and must be replaced, a repair that will cost hundreds of dollars. I returned to the original shop and spoke with the same person who did the work. He refused to take any accountability for the damage and explicitly told me that he "owed me nothing". While he did eventually refund the $50 installation fee, that is an insult considering the hundreds of dollars in damage this shop caused. This was gross negligence, I strongly recommend avoiding this shop.

Showed up, filled out the form, passed bc, paid my $30, and left all within about 25 mins! Amazing customer service, i’m very happy overall and will definitely be going back!
