I’m actually very disappointed by the cashier that I dealt with today for a return. My item was $9.99 that I was returning, I offered the cashier a penny so I didn’t get 99 cents in return and to make it easier all around. I was accused of trying to scam her and she asked another cashier if I gave her a penny to make it $10, instead of $9.99 if it was accurate. The other cashier said yes 99 cents plus 1 penny makes $1. I was extremely offended and just wanted to leave the store. Interactions with employees like that make me not want to return to your store. I just wanted to make you aware of how some of your employees are disrespectful towards customers and I don’t appreciate it. I already emailed customer service so no need for the automated reply.
