I absolutely love the store which is a shame for the way the manager just treated me. I bought a camo jacket and bibs Black Friday buy one, get one 50% off. I just needed an even exchange for the next size down and they didn’t have it in stock. They told me they could order it for me and have it shipped to my house so I thought great. Well the guy that was helping me was doing a great job and refunded me and then I would just have to repurchase it for it to send to my house, obviously I was thinking for the same price, but no since the sale was over I have to pay double what I paid last time?? So the manager Wanda came over with no apology and a stuck up attitude and was telling me I had to pay full price for something I was told was just gonna be an even exchange because I had already purchased the item. I then just was fed up and ended up repaying for the same wrong size jacket and now money pending out of my account. I have never been more frustrated and disrespected by a manager for her employee needing help by her doing her damn job. Very unfortunate that this one is close to my house but I will never go back again and will drive to the one in Harrisburg where I’m at least treated like a human, let alone one of there customers. Thanks to the manager Wanda.

My boyfriend and I were in the store yesterday 2/1/26 looking for some insulated bibs, they were out of bibs. We did have a sales person assist/help us at first and she did not hesitate to help us and she did it with a smile. Her name is Kathy, I just want to let everyone know if you ever need to come and shop here ask for Kathy 😊
