I wish I could give negative stars!!!!! So Unhappy!!!! I bought a Blackstone grill for my husband with GUARANTEED ASSEMBLY. I called when my email stated it was ready and confirmed that it was put together and ready before driving to the store they confirmed that it was. Not only was it NOT put together when I arrived but they told me they had no idea when it could be put together and that the “builder” wasn’t communicating with them. I had no choice but to take this extremely heavy box home (should have been able to roll it if it was put together) and lug it in my house. My husband of course would have been able to assemble it but it was MISSING HALF THE PARTS!!!!!!!! - On Christmas morning when I planed our day around cooking on the Blackstone this was a major let down. No knobs no bolts or screws whatsoever. Absolutely horrible customer service and quality of products. Now we have to wait for the store to open to even attempt to fix this catastrophe.
