I have been in customer service for over 20 years and I know how frustrating entitled customers are, and I also know how rude employees can be, but on January 24th 2026, Simone (employee) anticipated my needs before I even knew she was there. She was so thoughtful so kind so patient and so pretty. Instead of pointing and saying, it’s over there, she excitedly said may I please get it for you? She even took it up front for me since of course I didn’t get a cart, and I already had other items in my hands , so I could continue shopping without frustration. Thank you Simone for making the academy and the world a better place ❤️

I bought a marine battery from academy by Hamilton place and paid Xtra for a 48 month warranty and they didn't stand behind it offered me 7.48 for it rip off took my money and didn't stand behind there warranty
