About Carter Shooting Supply & Range

We are a local family owned gun store and indoor shooting range servicing the Chattanooga area since 1999. We are Chattanooga's largest indoor shooting range, where you can shoot handguns and rifles up to 25 yards. We carry many brands of firearms and can get anything we do not have in store in days. We are very family oriented and try to make everyone feel at home, even the newest shooter.

Very helpful!! I was frustrated with how all my shots were low and when I explained this to them . I ended up getting a free lesson on how to grip my pistol correctly. What a difference:-) super useful information and none salesy or pushy in any way! Thank you

If you want to talk to a low pressure, straight shooting (pun intended) expert, go see Troy. Not only did he make my wife comfortable, he demonstrated his experience and professionalism from start to finish. Excellent selection, reasonable prices, fantastic staff.

Is the range open on sundays?

Answer: Yes noon-5pm

Did the 20 dollar range fee change? Or can I still shoot there without needing a membership?

Answer: We have had too many problems with non members coming in and trashing the range so we decided to stop the day pass. We are a membership only range.
