Specialty Arms II

I purchased a firearm from this business, not my first purchase, so I was expecting a new firearm in the box. The previous purchase was new items in a box. I am a very busy person so I just trusted that it was going to be new. I left and put the piece in my safe not thinking about it. I finally looked at it on Christmas as it was a gift to myself and realized that I purchased a used piece. I haven't even taken it out of the box until now. I guess I have to blame myself for not looking at it before I left the shop, but I was trying to support the small business and gave them my trust. That will not happen again. Shame on me for being trusting.

I’ve been here multiple times through the years to make purchases and the guys are usually friendly and accommodating. However, today the big guy that helped me had the personality of a dead louse and was less than friendly. I would expect more out of retail staff. Do better cause word travels.
