Thank you Sandra for the Poor Customer Service . She should not be in the front if it’s not her job to help customers . It’s definitely was your job to air up one tire as you claimed on the radio it isn’t your job after handing me the pump to pump my own bike I’ve never had that happen even working here before that’s poor customer service skills to let another customer air up my tires after he heard you say it’s not your job . The entitlement you have is insane ..no one asked you to work in the public let alone be a 100 years old still in retail .

I love Academy. I have been going to this particular store since the early 2000's. The last several years, this particular store has gone downhill dramatically. I keep giving it the benefit of the doubt but no longer. I keep coming here for shoes and the shoe section is in disarray making it difficult to find shoes. The clearance section is such a mess the end caps are messy and signage falling. The under armor boxes do not match the shoes that are inside them. Example, looking for green under armor shoes and found the box with picture and description of green, open the box and they are black and not even the same design. Numerous boxes and shoes like this. The basketball section was also in disarray. Overall, this academy needs to do some serious work. We will be going to the Mansfield Academy from now on. Which is further for us.
