Had a great experience at Academy. Had to measure the boys feet so “Santa” could get them some new shoes. Loved the rainbow of Stanley Cups they had to choose from. Also like the fishing department, so many items to choose from.

I want to sincerely thank Jordan at the Brenham location for providing an outstanding experience while purchasing a firearm. Prior to visiting Brenham, I stopped at four other locations in surrounding towns, and unfortunately the associates in the firearms departments at those stores seemed uninterested and dismissive of my questions. Those experiences left me feeling uncomfortable and discouraged. Jordan was the complete opposite. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I understood the process and felt confident in my purchase. He took the time to ensure I had everything I needed for a hunting trip the very next day, which went above and beyond my expectations. Customer service like this is rare, especially when it comes to firearm purchases. Jordan should absolutely be training other team members on how to provide a respectful, informative, and positive customer experience. Because of him, I will return to the Brenham location and recommend it to others without hesitation.
