Super friendly staff, knowledgeable in the products that they carry and they are able to articulate that knowledge to their customers. This academy location is always busy, but the staff makes sure they acknowledge you and they inform you they'll be with you shortly. Great manager also, extremely nice and very friendly. I didn't catch his name but he was a tall fellow with red hair. He trains his staff well. Kudos to this academy team for providing outstanding customer service! Great job y'all! Keep it up! I will drive out of my way to come to this locaton because the people here actually care about the customer.

I have never had so many issues before. We go to the store to order a Weight set for our son for Christmas, they tell us they don’t carry it in the store and we have to order it online. We go to order it online, but the card that Academy issued to us does not have an expiration date or a CVV so we cannot do that, so we called to order a new card, but they will not issue us one because we just moved into our new house two months ago and our address is too new! What in the actual hell is going on here. Then they tell us we have to go back to the store and order it through them! Why didn’t they give us this option when we 1st went to the store! Dicks is looking better and better! Unreal! So now my husband has to go back to the store today after work and order it with them. THIS BETTER WORK!
