Horrible customer service with Tk and manager Whitney I tried to make a purchase and come at 8pm an hour before the store closes and we ask if can purchase a gun the guy named Tk just give us this ugly Look doesn’t say nothing and then asks if we have a LTC we say no, he then calls someone else over and he left for a moment and came back and ask if it was for my husband or me. I say it’s for me, he asks if I’m sure because it seems like I’m nervous, I say no, it’s for me he asks for my ID I give him my wallet that has my ID inside because it’s hard to take out and he said no I need the ID only, so I take it out and give it to him and he gives me this weird stare like he doesn’t want to do his job. I tell him if you’re gonna have attitude I don’t want you doing it, and ask for the manager because of his rude demeanor, he then asks Whitney the manager and tells her that he is not going to sell the gun to me because he has suspicion, that I’m trying to buy a gun for someone else ?? The manager then tells me she can’t sell the gun and if Tk feels like he can’t sell it then they just won’t sell it to me. This guy just didn’t want to do his job had an attitude from the beginning and wasn’t even doing anything when we got there, he just made that up to not do anything for the last hour of his shift. My husband has his own Gun, I felt discriminated by him and the manager for just listening to my complaint and her just standing there like it doesn’t matter.

Academy Sports Corsicana Tx 19 Oct 2025. I went to Academy sports to purchase some Predator Urine to evict a family of skunks from my backyard. 5pm in the afternoon and there was more employees than patrons. The item I needed was advertised in store, after looking everywhere I went to the hunting section to ask. The assistant manager "short haired brunette with pink shirt and another associate simply said they dont know and I could look it up online. Instead of them doing their job by checking inventory or verifying the website showed in stock, they Instead choose to be extremely lazy. This is my 7th straight time going to Academy sports and running into useless employees with ZERO customer service. I had an Academy card with a $10K limit and NEVER used it. Not sure how you stay in business.
