I went in to purchase summer sandals and Magellan replacement locking lids… neither were in stock. I was very surprised that here it is at the beginning of summer and the only summer shoes they had for women was an aisle and a half of very bland colors (black, brown and a few pink and red) but mostly black, brown and tan. Not summer colors. And they didn’t have my size in any of them. For a store this big, they need to rethink their purchasing decisions. Now I know why the parking lot was completely empty at 11am.

Came in to have a tag removed. Didn’t have our receipt but had the card used and telephone number. Didn’t ask but did let us know this would be the last time as if we came often to remove tags from items. We are a sports family and come in 2-3 times a month. Asked another cashier if we didn’t have our receipt what our options would be? She let us know that the card that the item was paid with would be enough. If Academy would be so kind and remind Amanda what the store policy is and let her know that communication and tone matter.
