This was my first time at this location and they have the best customer service here. I was looking for Yeti cups to gift some of my patients and Josh assisted me with the the different types. He also looked up inventory at other locations and sent a team member to assist me. I forgot his name I think it was Markel/Mikeal but tall gentleman very polite got on the floor and went through each cup, was very determined and found a few that I was looking for. I truly appreciated this extended service. He was so nice about it. As I'm waiting in line I noticed a customer getting a bit uptight with Naya for absolutely no reason but the way Naya handled that situation was very professional and she still continued with a smile and assisted each customer with professionalism. She was very customer oriented and very welcoming. I went back the following day and Naya and Josh assisted me with more items. I had the best experience at this location, each team member was helpful and went over and beyond. The store was clean. I'll definitely recommend this store as first choice. I needed to visit the Academy in Houston in order to buy one of the new Texans jersey. Academy doesn't sell too many of these in the San Antonio area, and since we were attending the game we thought we would take the opportunity to pick up one of the newer jerseys. Anyway, like all academy stores, it's clean, easy to enter and find the things you're looking for, and prices are competitive.
