If I could leave no stars I would. I have worked in customer service almost my whole life and when I ordered a pick up item from the store (a crossbow for a christmas gift) he had my sign for it and placed it into my back seat. I only had a short time for lunch so headed back and when I removed it to take it in and wrap it the box was ripped everywhere and taped… when I called to ask about exchanging it because of this I was told it could not be returned. I asked if it could simply be swapped out and was told nope you want a nice box… call the manufacture… the manager was disrespectful and she definitely needs to check her tone when speaking with customers! We not only shop here often but even have a credit card here… that will be changing….

Had my selections on the cart and waiting at the door before I even paid. Then opened a regisyer to complete! Taken to parking lot and loaded everything in my truck. Really nice and a great helping attitude!! 1 large heavy lift 2 person item, and the rest of my little stuff also!
