Found a gun that they had mismarked the price. The sales guy ran off with it saying it was a mistake. Manager walked up immediately giving attitude and refused to sell it at that price but "could give a small discount". I absolutely realized that was a huge mistake on their part! I will encourage people to no longer shop at theLubbock, TX store!! That managers angry attitude lost a 20+ year consistent customer!! I can get that gun a lot cheaper than his "discount" anyway!!

Shout out to Landon in the fishing department! We live in Amarillo and go to Bass Pro when we are in Lubbock too see our kids. My husband has a rod he loves and needs repairs. We could not find anyone in the Panhandle to help. We called Bass Pro hoping someone in the fishing department could help with a name. Landon gave us 2 names from cards left at their counter! We are coming next Saturday to drop off the rod. Thank you many times to Landon and the young man who answers the phone. He patiently tried to find someone to help us, and that's how we got to Landon!!!! We will see y'all on the 31st at Bass Pro!!!!

Answer: Great question. The parking lot in front of the store is owned by Graco Real Estate Development. You would need to contact them for permission to park overnight.

Answer: No they don't trade guns . But they can give you information how to trade or sale. And yes they allow pets as long as you have them on a leash.
