I found my gun store for the San Antonio area. Every time the Army moves me, I find myself looking for that one gun store that makes my 2nd amendment addiction that much more fun and pleasant. Bracken Guns is veteran owned and staffed with some veterans who love talking about guns. At no time did I feel rushed into buying something or lied to about features. These guys were straight forward and easy to work with. At this point, I've had a pistol transferred to their store. The process was easy and the transfer fee the lowest in the area. My brother and I each bought a short barrel shotgun, let me tell you, the process to file NFA paperwork was the easiest I've ever done with a gun store. These guys have their ducks in a row and the owner is easy to work and customer friendly. This is the kind of store you go to for the gun buying experience you hope to get, not the stereotypical cranky old timer that talks down to you for not knowing trivial gun stuff. Had a red dot mounted and sighted on my brand new Glock 19 gen 6 and they did an amazing job. The turnaround time was amazing too as well as affordable pricing. The gunsmith Israel was absolutely knowledgeable on firearms and even gives insight/suggestions on what you may possibly want or have problems with. Overall I had a great first impression doing business , and I’ll be going back every time.
